1. Heart Milan Apartments is a brand owned by HEART APARTMENTS SRL – Vat number IT09030670963

2. Rate Free Cancellation / Standard
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No deposit will be charged at time of booking. The payment will be settled 6 days before the check-in.
If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of no show, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card. In case of early departure, the total stay will be charged.

3. Rate Free Cancellation (10 nights)
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No deposit will be charged at time of booking. The payment will be settled 31 days before the check-in.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of no show, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card. In case of early departure, the total stay will be charged.

4. Rate Non Refundable
This rate is non refundable. A valid credit card is required for the payment of the total cost of the reservation. The total cost of the reservation will be charged at time of booking.
In case of cancellations or amendments of non refundable rates, no refund will be processed.

5. Payment preferences
Heart Milan Apartments accepts the following means of payment: American Express, Euro \ Mastercard; Visa; CartaSi; Cash within a total amount of Euros 2.999,00 as per the Italian Law

6. Secure Site
The reservation process on www.heartmilanapartments.com is powered by Krossbooking, a booking software equipped with GeoTrust SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL encrypts your name, credit card number and expiry date before they travel over the Internet.

7. Check-in, Check-out
Guests can check-in from 3.00 PM.
Check-out shall be completed within 11.00am.

8. Child pricing

9. City Tax
Tourism Tax is € 9,50 per person per day of stay (for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights), except for children under 18 years old, for whom the fee is not due. It will be paied only by credit card.

10. Safe Deposit Box
Each apartment is equipped with a safe for the storage of cash, jewelry, identity documents, electronic devices, and other valuable personal belongings.
Guests are kindly requested to keep all valuables in the safe during their stay and to ensure that it is properly locked when not in use.
Heart Milan Apartments shall not be held liable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for the loss, theft, damage, or misappropriation of cash, jewelry, documents, or any other valuables. Should guests require the safekeeping of valuable items, this service may be provided at our office located at Piazza Santa Maria Beltrade 8 Milan, subject to prior notice and confirmation of availability by the Management.

11. Behavior & Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of Heart Apartments. If smoking will be detected, a fine of Euros 250,00 will be charged.

12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions provided for herein – and any subsequent amendment – apply to all our services available online, directly or indirectly (i.e., through agencies), on any mobile device, via email or telephone. By accessing our website, visiting it, and/or using any of the applications provided through whatsoever platform (hereafter referred to as “website”), and/or by booking, you declare of having read, understood and accepted (also for purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code) all the terms and conditions herein (including the privacy provisions).

The data provided by the customer interested in a stay at one of the accommodation facilities of Heart Apartments S.r.l. named: Heart Milan Apartments, will be processed for the following purposes:

HEART APARTMENTS will employ automated methods of contact (such as, for example, e-mail, SMS, instant messaging, social networks, apps, automated call systems without the intervention of an operator, etc.) and / or traditional methods (such as, for example, telephone calls with operator and paper mail).

2) COLLECTION OF DATA

3) Optional provision of data and consent to their treatment - consequences of refusal

Without prejudice to the freedom of the provision of data by customers, it should be noted that failure to communicate identification data (name, surname) and contact data (email address and mobile phone) will make it impossible to complete the booking procedure, as well as the non-delivery and subsequent registration of a valid identification document upon arrival, prevents the customer from being accepted into the accommodation facility due to the impossibility of fulfilling the provisions of public safety regulations.

4) Communication and dissemination of data

For the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, the data provided by customers will be communicated to the staff responsible for preparing the accommodation and welcoming the customer. An exception is made for any communications to the Judicial or Police Authorities at the request of the same, to which HEART APARTMENTS is obliged to respond or to which Heart Apartments is obliged to contact to report fraudulent or illegal behavior of a guest. The HEART APARTMENTS customer service staff will be able to access the data only at the request of the customer to resolve any problems in the use of the "booking" service that may arise.


HEART APARTMENTS will not disclose the data it collects and stores in any other way.

5) Methods of conservation, duration and processing of data

The video recordings are kept for 30 days on memory cards inside the cameras, after which, except for any use that may be required by the public safety authorities, they are permanently deleted.

The data will not be processed through automated decision-making processes nor transferred to third parties.

6) Rights of the interested party

Customers have the right to ask HEART MILAN APARTMENTS S.R.L. at any time, access to their personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same or to oppose their treatment; have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning them in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation.
