Heart Milan Apartments Booking Conditions

1. Heart Milan Apartments is a brand owned by HEART APARTMENTS SRL – Vat number IT09030670963

2. Rate Free Cancellation / Standard
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No deposit will be charged at time of booking. The payment will be settled 6 days before the check-in.
If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of no show, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card. In case of early departure, the total stay will be charged.

3. Rate Free Cancellation (10 nights)
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No deposit will be charged at time of booking. The payment will be settled 31 days before the check-in.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of no show, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card. In case of early departure, the total stay will be charged.

4. Rate Non Refundable
This rate is non refundable. A valid credit card is required for the payment of the total cost of the reservation. The total cost of the reservation will be charged at time of booking.
In case of cancellations or amendments of non refundable rates, no refund will be processed.

5. Payment preferences
Heart Milan Apartments accepts the following means of payment: American Express, Euro \ Mastercard; Visa; CartaSi; Cash within a total amount of Euros 2.999,00 as per the Italian Law

6. Secure Site
The reservation process on www.heartmilanapartments.com is powered by Krossbooking, a booking software equipped with GeoTrust SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL encrypts your name, credit card number and expiry date before they travel over the Internet.
The data of the identity documents received from the guests on any support and by any means are deleted within 7 days after registration at the portal of the state police and together with all the data relating to each booking will remain archived in electronic format on the servers hosted at the provider of the Krossbooking.com management system or in the datacenters used for this purpose by Solutions Plus Srl, based in Bari, Sp156 Bitonto - Palese Aeroporto, 28 - VAT number 07375150724

7. Check-in, Check-out
Guests can check-in from 3.00 PM.
Check-out shall be completed within 11.00am.

8. Child pricing
1 Child free of charge sharing bed or in cot up to 3 years

9. City Tax
Tourism Tax is € 9,50 per person per day of stay (for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights), except for children under 18 years old, for whom the fee is not due. It will be paied only by credit card.

10. Behavior & Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of Heart Apartments. If smoking will be detected, a fine of Euros 250,00 will be charged.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions provided for herein – and any subsequent amendment – apply to all our services available online, directly or indirectly (i.e., through agencies), on any mobile device, via email or telephone. By accessing our website, visiting it, and/or using any of the applications provided through whatsoever platform (hereafter referred to as “website”), and/or by booking, you declare of having read, understood and accepted (also for purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code) all the terms and conditions herein (including the privacy provisions).
